In general, i think she's very pretty.
I love how you make her hair, and the details are very well done.
But I think possibly her head is too large for her body.
After I noticed that, I realized that it was a present from a friend, so I shouldn't be commenting on that...
Your OC is definitely original with the magenta eyes and blue highlights in her hair. I like how you do her eyes, it makes them look very special and flashy, but she doesn't seem to be staring anywhere apparently. Maybe you could make her pupils more easy to see to make her look more aware of her surroundings, because she looks like she is spacing out. Also the shine in her eyes, rather the reflection of the light, the white is too...white?? I don't know how to describe it.
But overall; GREAT job!
This piece of work is definitely eye-catching, and you definitely did a great job on it!
